Quality control

Measuring equipment

01			ROHS tester ROHS tester is used to test the content of six hazardous substances Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+, PBDE and PBB in ROHS standard by using X-ray.
02			Trilinear coordinates Trilinear coordinates measuring instrument gets points of objects to be measured through acquisition sensor (probe).
03			Quadratic image measur The result is got by combining traditional optical projection and computer to rapid read displacement value of optical scale and establish soft module calculation based on space geometry. The operator can intuitively distinguish the possible deviation of the measurement results by comparing diagram on the screen.
04			Impact tester XJJ series impact tester is mainly used to test impact resistance of rigid plastic, reinforced nylon, FRP, ceramics, cast stone,electrical insulating material and other non-metallic materials. It totally meets the requirements of ISO179, GB/T1043, GB/T2611, and GB/T21189 standards.
05			Tensile tester This product is used in tensile, compressive, bending, striping, shearing and tearing test of taper, rubber, plastic, sponge, foam, waterproof materials, electric wire and cable, textile, net cord and other non-metallic materials and metal wire, metal foil, metal sheet, and metal bar.
